Crock pot pulled pork recipes are delicious and full of flavor. Everything seems to love this form of barbecue. What if you're on diet or you simply want to eat healthy? You can always prepare a pulled pork salad using fresh vegetables, croutons, spices and other ingredients. Salads keep you full and provide your body with essential nutrients. Here are some crock pot pulled pork recipes for preparing delicious salads:

Pulled pork Cobb salad - Most people use chicken breast or turkey to prepare Cobb salads. You can always replace the chicken with pulled pork leftovers. You also need iceberg lettuce, endives, romaine lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, eggs, chives, red-wine vinaigrette, and Roquefort cheese. For extra flavor, add cornbread croutons, olives, and avocado. Take a large bowl and mix all the veggies with pulled pork. Top with barbecue sauce.

BBQ ranch pulled pork salad - This award winning recipe is made with pulled pork, apples, raisins, cucumbers, toasted walnuts, and red onions. For the sauce, you need ketchup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, cider vinegar, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. After mixing the pulled pork with veggies, add sauce. This recipe is not only delicious, but healthy too.

Pulled pork and pineapple salad - Heat coconut oil in a pan and then add pulled pork leftovers, mustard, and soy sauce. Cook over low-medium heat. In a salad bowl, mix the pork with endives, pineapple, and radicchio. You can change quantities easily to feed more people.

BBQ salad with lime vinaigrette - This simple salad is made with cooked pulled pork, lettuce, onion, carrots, and cabbage. Add your favorite spices for extra flavor. For the dressing, you need champagne, fresh lime juice, and olive oil. Mix these three ingredients and add them to your salad. Top with cheese.
