Cinnamon tea and coffee are common in many kitchens. The popularity of this herb hails from its polyphonic properties that allow it to regulate the levels of sugar in blood. Cinnamon adds a sweet, tantalizing aroma to tea. The taste is rejuvenating and helps to keep the brain awake. Cinnamon is also used to marinade stew, meats and fruits.

This additive contains a lot of carbonic acid which reduces the activity of free radicals in the head. Free radicals are culpable for creating ideal conditions for strokes, cancer and other diseases.
