Your plans to open a fish and steak restaurant have reach fever point and you have decided that you are going to go for it. Everyone is very excited as this is one of your new ventures There are still many things to think about and consider, but you are prepared to go ahead and make it work. After going to inspect the open premises down the road, you decide that this is the perfect place. Although it is a bit run down, and needs some serious cleaning, you see a chance to make something of it. Of course this is going to cost a lot of money to get started, but since it has always been a dream, you are prepared to go to any length to make it work for you.

The first thing you do is employ the services of a highly reputable cleaning company to come in and do some magic on the place. There are certain qualifications that you have to have regarding the regulations pertaining to the health department before you can open a restaurant and you will also have to have you restaurant declared fit for operation by the expert consultants. This means that the place needs to be spotless in every way possible. There cannot be anything wrong with it in any way whatsoever.

You will have to ensure that the fridges are working properly and that there are no leakages. The burners for the cooking of the produce have to be sparkling clean and the prep areas will have to be spotless. There cannot be a smudge of anything that will cause the inspectors to fail your restaurant.

After you are of the opinion that the kitchen is ready, you could go out to get the food for the menu that you are offering. The staff will have been hired by now and the last thing that you need to have done is that final inspection. Once everything is ready for inspection you call for them to do the last once over. You have passed all the inspections until now and there is no reason that you should not pass the last one.

As arranged, the inspectors arrive on time and you invite them in to go ahead and do the inspection. They will go through all the fridges and inspect the contents thereof. The cupboards will be inspected and the store rooms scrutinized. If there is anything out of order you will not be able to open. Food is very dangerous as it can get rotten very quickly so you understand the strict inspections.

When the inspector comes out of the kitchen holding that all important piece of paper you and your staff will sigh with relief knowing that you have passed the final inspection and that food safety is giving you permission to open you restaurant. It will be just as you had hoped you could. Soon you will be in business and your dream will finally have come true, thanks to the food safety consulting experts.
